2 cups flour
3/4 cup powder milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup unsalted butter (4 tbsp)
2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
1 tsp. elychee/cardamom
1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup condensed milk
evaporated milk to bring it together
powdered sugar and condensed milk to coat the outside
oil to fry
