For decades, Maui residents have been fighting to preserve this ancient seat of the kingdom of Hawaii. Just last month, the Hawaiian government passed a law that the Lahaina historical area could not be redistricted for any more development of hotels and such businesses, unless a natural disaster occurred. What are the odds..?

@mattalley4330
@mattalley4330 11 ай бұрын
Humans are indirectly responsible in this case, since the drought that caused these dry conditions is thought to be caused by climate change. Don’t go all tinfoil hat though and start talking about directed energy weapons, as some are. It’s a case of what you see is what you get. Dry conditions and high winds can cause explosive fire growth.

@@mattalley4330man made climate is not real. media pushes idea to make it seem real. Once in the 80's the media reported on shark attacks, every shark attack was reported on and sensationalized, people's perception was that shark attacks were dramatically increased, many people stopped going to beaches in fear of sharks, it became a problem for tourism so the media stopped doing so next summer, normal behaviors mostly returned. Shark attacks did not increase, public perception of shark attacks increased and their minds manifested a greater danger than there really was. This the media does all the time.

Part of a cultures history, what little they have left was wiped of the earth. That was once the capital of the old kingdom. It wasn’t just a tourist spot, it had significant meaning to the native people there. It’s sad to see them lose not only life and their homes but that as well. Looks like the banyon tree will make it thankfully. I watched my niece perform at the Emma Farden sharpe hula festival a year ago under that tree and got to see the people there and experience this tradition. It was beautiful and I have the utmost respect for the native Hawaiian people and their culture. They’re amazing people.

It's all so odd, from lazer weapons, to the fact that there was things about 15 minute cities planned for that very area... along other things wake up people it's obviously intentional. My mom was warcning someting about just how odd all of this is etc,it all seems to line up with some wef 15 min city thing, but they are calling it a wild fire... when they had to do something to get rid of the existing town to then be able to build this, also something about a lazer was detected on aweather thing too. wake up people it's not climate change, it's a lie they are using as a blanket to hid their true intentions. I've been following this stuff for about a year and a half now, it honestly makes so much sense when you connect the dots and watch what is happening around the world, the political policies governments are trying to impose.. I live in Canada we have our fair share of that here. Its truly is scary what they are trying to do, and so many people are clueless, the "pandemic" was just the beginning, and look at all the things that came from that...look into it, look into the great reset book by Klaus Schwab the head of this WEF stuff, also get looking into things like when wef started and when this climate change stuff got popular and when/ where the first climate change conference was.. you will find it was the same place as wef and only 2 or 3 years after. Call it a conspiracy theorie all you want, but after all I've seen... it all adds up and makes sense and also you can find all this stuff all online and on the wef site etc sure it looks to be all good on there but its not. Wake up.

There are bodies all over place. It's a grave site at this point. Allowing people in at this junction isn't very wise. But some should be allowed, so that others get a sence of just how bad it was. This is very tragic.

They're actually not allowing people in at this point. These people snuck in to film this. I doubt that they are residents. Residents who would sneak in would go to their home and search for family members, not take video to post online.

I am really sad to see this. Just because you can do something, doesn’t give you the right to do it. Entire livelihoods and lives have been destroyed because some heartless evil people want the land for themselves. Talk about dictatorship, the USA lives under the slickest dictatorship ever. I wish all of the Maui people can STAND UNITED AND FIGHT THIS, we will support you from all over the world. Praying for you🙏🏾

Fires are extremely arbitrary. My house/ town got burned in 2003 cedar fires in calif. Whole blocks would be burnt but a few scattered houses left untouched. My left neighbor was one of two houses on our “block” of about twelve houses that was untouched. We all face the same mountain and had same clearance from brush (at least in theory because of law). Myself and right neighbor lost everything but my neighbor still had a few gallons of gas next to his once shed. Of all things to not burn
