If you can hit a 44" standing vertical, what would you anticipate would be your maximum vertical leap using a full dynamic approach?

Just a quick tip, when setting up the Lav Microphone, check the levels on the camera and make sure when Chris speaks his loudest it isn't "peaking" going above 0. half the video is peaking audio which is an easy fix. Great Content though!

HI Chris..Good session. I have a doubt, The guy who was doing the barbell press, was struggling a bit on his left side. Why it is happening so? because I also have the same issue with the barbell? How can I fix that?
@abkonk3 жыл бұрын
Because his left side is weaker. Use unilateral exercises like dumbbell raises to fix that

Hey Chris on the kettle bell movement u had ur athlete doing. I've always been told to pull the bell down not to just let the momentum pull it down for u. Is there any particular reason for the way u have him doing it? Just curious. I think ur an absolutely amazing coach and I use ur Programing. All of it absolutely amazing!

@@dfite24 I'm an athletic therapist and strength coach and I work directly with professional athletes. "His knees didn't care that much" is a very slippery slope... Why is incorrect form on a vertical jump any different than incorrect form on a 1rm deadlift? Getting injured over 1000 reps vs 1 rep? Still injured. Why not strive for the best?
