The sticks are great. I’ve been using them for over 1 year now but not for the same reasons. I find they help keep my upper body (shoulders) relaxed and helps me focus on technique.
@swisstvv91413 жыл бұрын
what kind of sticks are they? just normal sticks or specific ones?
@Paul-M213 жыл бұрын
@@swisstvv9141 I just used some thicker dowel from the local hardware store and cut it to size. Works perfectly!

Great job Matt! Awesome content, great questions, variety within the channel. 👍💯🤗👊😃 will you be connecting at all with Canadian runners for additional content? Vancouver, BC would be an excellent spot to start with Natasha Wodak, Justin Kent and a host of others that have left my mind. 🤦♂️

On a track you would have made your desired time. At short distances, every k is so painful, but I always tell myself: When I am at home will I say: I did give everything I could or will I regret to not have pushed harder? And I would have to regret this until next time trail/race😊

i saw th 30:30, was slightly disappointed, then remembered that if i did it i would have like 45 minutes
@sweatelite3 жыл бұрын
The altitude/hills probably makes it roughly 2 slower at that pace/effort. The NCAA conversation for a 30min runner at 1600m is 1min5ec on a flat track. This is much higher and undulating.

@Chasery3 жыл бұрын
Very impressive! If this is true in the next 10 years or so if you continue improving you could challenge the national record, just looked it up and it's only 3:42 I think! Good luck! Think it got beat recentley but regardless. You could end very high on the list

Distance running is a much bigger feat when compared to sprinting, imagine running the speed of an elite sprinter for over 6 miles !
