Had it a couple of weeks now and still liking it. One recommendation to make is during the summer months. Just run it for five minutes once a month just to circulate the fuel through the pipes

The fan started to clip the side slightly but a little tweak with a pair of pliers shorted that out. Still working fine.

Yes, but it is using a SwitchBot infrared module, this way I can go into the SwitchBot app and turn the heater on which just fires an infrared on signal to the heater, but there is no way of getting feedback if the heater has turned on or not, but it does seem to work for me

Great vid, just bought and fitted one of these. Do you know how to slow the fuel pump speed? I've heard it's called alpine mode but cant find any info on changing the settings. Thank you

I would need to look in the manual again, but you have two modes one is temperature and the other is hertz which says P1 P2 P3 P4 P5. P5 is the heater on full and P1 is the heater on its lowest mode which is also the slowest mode for the fuel pump. I’m not sure if you can actually adjust the burn ratio on this particular heater. If you find out anything different, please let me know.

Hi thanks for the vid! Is there any way to change the Hertz setting of the pump? My current one has packed in and I always ran it on 1.4hz (the lowest setting). I was wondering what that equates so in terms of ‘P’ settings?

Sorry I can’t help you with that. I mostly leave mine on P1 unless it’s really cold

@ appreciate your reply. I did a bit of digging and P1 is 1.7hz and P5 is 5.4 and P2/3/4 are linear. I’ve got my new one installed now and I’ve been running it on p1 and jobs a gooden

Have a look on page 30. You can set the start time and stop time. This is relative to the time you are at now. So if it is 10 o’clock in the morning and you want the heaters to start at 6 pm and stop at 8 pm, you would set the start time at eight hours and then you would set the stop time at two hours. Give us a try let me know if it helps.

So if you set to 24 degrees it wouldnt turn on and off to keep it around 24 degrees it just be setting it at minimum 24 degrees?

When you set it to 24 degrees all it does, is when it gets to the temperature it then lowers the power output to minimum to keep the temperature instead of it staying maximum output

Sorry I’ve only just seen this. Not that I’m aware of as it needs a set airflow for the temperature you set. So the lower the hzt the slower the fan speed
