Congrats, John. GO FOR IT. Tough deal at first, but you seem to be just the kind of guy that can make it work, and work well. Just offer the same “customer friendly” attitude you had at the other gig, & don’t let ANYTHING discourage you. There’ll be bumps, but set your personal suspension up so the bumps become “just part of the ride on the road to success”. First off, good luck with the shop. Little behind with your videos, just saw one from 2 years ago about mufflers. Put Cobra N H on my 02 flhr with true duel pipes. Had pros do it, don't have a lift, getting ready to get my next Harley touring bike, my 2nd bike ever.(57 year young) I will keep watching for inspiration and knowledge.

You could do a key drop box for after hour/off day drop off. A LOT car repair places do that. It’s like a mail box, keys go in, you have a key to get them out.
