I hope you get yourself a good surveillance system. And by that I mean not some crap you buy at Sam's or Costco. Reinforce all of your door jams. Use 3M security film on your windows. Light it up at night like a prison. And a top quality video surveillance system. There's a company called Security Camera Warehouse out of Texas. They'll build a system to your exact needs, coverage areas , distances, whether it's inside or out, day/night capabilities, HD etc. I'm not promoting any of these companies but I've used them in my personal life and swear by them. Do yourself the justice because if you don't you'll regret it. Trust me!!!!

Doc Harley seems to work on older bikes right next to the new ones. you can make the hours that you wish, but sat. hours will be when you make the most money. Right now, things might be different, because no one is working, but when things get back to normal, people will only have time for your business on the weekends. Maybe close 1 day during the week, to make up for being open on Sat. Sure maybe 15-20 yrs down the road, when your business is established and you have employees working for you, than you can have your weekends off, but right now, starting out, I don't think you want to limit weekend work. Just my opinion, your not the first person who started out thinking they can have sat. off, only to find out later that they really need to work due to the demand on weekends. Good luck, you have a good head on your shoulders, just use it to be flexible to meet the demands of your customers and you will make it. Remember this, word of mouth about any business, can and does, make it or break it.
