Mine will drain fine on a normal cycle but if I select the extra rinse cycle at the end it will not drain the second time. Any ideas?

I think the timer needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Replaced the pump, belt, and also checked but nothing is stuck or clogged. Still wont drain. What else could it be?

"And now you got it. New pump, new belts." Yippee! so it should now work, right? Yeah, it should, but it didn't for me!! Guess I get to spend $100 or more for a repairman that should have been easily fixed. And yes, both drain hoses are clear.

You can try taking the drain hose out of the stand pipe in the wall behind the washer and setting it down low in a bucket to see if the water will drain out

my maytag didnt drain so I watched this video. I leaned the machine back at 45 deg. and NO BELT was anywhere to be found??? I took panel off as well. NO BELT!!!! How has this thing been draining?? Ever heard of this? Oh, the belt to the motor and agitator was fine...but no belt to the pump. insane.
