This car is disturbingly fast.
The McLaren 765LT blurs the line between supercar and hypercar, bringing all the ridiculous speed, handling, sound, presence and drama you expect. It definitely feels the part of a track focused version, less weight, tons of carbon, more aggressive aero. The carbon tub makes it feel a bit more exotic than something like a Porsche, Ferrari Pista or AMG GT Black Series, plus the doors go up. Which is just better.
It has the typical McLaren build quality, random things vibrate, squeak and rattle, and a few minor things like an air vent aren't working (already). But as soon as you start driving it, you don't really care about any of those things.

I have driven most of the supercars from the different brands (a work perk, I can't afford any of them!) and although I haven't driven the 720s, when I had a passenger ride in one, it was in a different league. The 720s was eye wateringly fast, on the same track was a Turbo S and throughout the day when we ended up on the same part of the track, the 720s destroyed the Turbo S in acceleration and cornering (seemed fairly similar in cornering). I can't imagine how fast the 765LT.

The 765 has a bit more power, a bit less weight and shorter gear ratio (like 15% or something) than 720S... For the track, that also has 20% more downforce (still not a huge downforce car like Porsche GT3 RS). On a prep drag strip, Drag Times did a 9.3 to 9.4s with stock tires at 150MPH... That´s just absurd. On road, i think he achieved 9.7 to 9.8 wich is also, absurd lol

Those Senna seats had the touring padding on it. That can all come off and they become even more comfortable for us bigger guys. Also you can tilt them back for an even more comfortable position, just requires seat removal to do.
