Man I look at one freakin' video of a motion simulator in a crash and now I'm getting non stop recommendations for sim videos 😔😒

I really, really like this set. How much space do you need for it? Is it possible to make a mount for a 49-inch monitor and hang it permanently on the platform? What is the possible load for the actuators? How loud is this set, can you see the gameplay without the game sound?

Thanks for your message. Our d-mover H4 is a compact simulator that only requires 1.5mx1.2m of floor space. The monitor can be easily mounted on the platform using standard aluminum profiles, but this is not recommended because the monitor can easily be damaged by vibrations, and another reason is that this shoud not be the right way to set up the monitor for most racing simulation games. Use a monitor mounting bracket and place the bracket directly on the floor, or if you don't have vertigo problems, use VR headset would bring you a better experience. The platform can withstand a maximum payload of 280KG. We have tested that the noise of the platform itself is about 60dB, when running games. Make the seperate Surge add on for more response on every move rather than Stewart 6 dof. Sway is not that important so 5 dof is perfect especially seperate Surge add on

Thanks for your comment! Yes, separate surge & sway modular addon are in development, in fact they are almost finished and will be available soon.

Yeah, some people call me the D-mover.

my problem is the screen isn't attached. When I'm driving I'm not rocking around in the car like a drunken sailor. It simulates movement without any of the G-forces it never feels natural.
@d-mover2 күн бұрын
@@some-replies our rig support to attach the screen to the cockpit if need. Our turning is more focused on the poses of the cockpit, more likely the poses of car driving in physical world. If you allocate more stroke to the sway & surge movements, then you could feel so-called G-forces much better...

can you do a video of it parked and showing how to get in and out of it, also with no game sound so we can hear the sound of the actuators, please?

Yes, I have just released a new video as your request, please move to see. Than you!
