In this video we explain some homemade Mead clarification techniques. Let's see how to transfer the Mead to filter and remove the yeast from the fermenter. Once clean the fermenter we fill it again and put it in the fridge for two weeks to mature our drink. With this cold process at about 10 ºC the Mead ripens and will remain a perfect taste and color. So we get to easily clarify our homemade Mead.
