The wonders and power of taking the time in your day to meditate have been proven both spiritually and medically. Guided meditation makes it that much easier too. Clearing and cleaning your mind of the day to day clutter is one of the most valuable experiences we can award to ourselves. It takes nothing more than finding the time and simply paying attention... and they say if you can't find five or ten minutes a day to meditate, then you need to find twenty. hah.
If you've had a stressful day or are simply exhausted you need to include meditation and relaxation for your mind. Have you caught yourself wondering "Which voice in my mind is really me?", "How can i meditate when my mind won't be silent?", or simply "I need help meditating"... do you feel overwhelmed, and in need of something to ground you? then this is the video for you.
Find a comfortable seated position, close your eyes and listen to my voice as I guide you through this 10 min meditation for relaxation.
Don't worry if you find it frustrating in the search for stillness. Thats part of the journey too. We live in the most fast paced time the planet and humanity has ever seen, our minds are not used to slowing down to soak in the moment. But with some practice, a lot of breath monitoring, and persistence & patience, you will slowly realize there is a whole other side of life you have been missing. You. And this. Right here. Right now.

I began to cry towards the end of the meditation. It was unintended. Seems like there's a lot of unnecessary stuff going on in my life right now😏 but I feel a little bit better now.

I can't say how grateful I am for this video because I have bad anxiety that leads to my heart racing and muscle spasms in my lungs which leads to uncontrolable coughing fits. Since I did this meditation, I became so much more grateful and at peace. While also, having coughed once, when before I used to cough nonstop. God bless you guys 💗

@@amandat3683 Reach a state of mind where nothing disturbs you. . For a relaxed life without anxiety sit on a chair, back and spine as erect as possible, hands on your lap with palms upwards, close your eyes and do nothing. Be still without moving and observe your incoming--outgoing breath and body sensations for around 10-20 minutes. Be as still as possible. Plenty of thoughts will come but slowly negative thoughts will reduce. The mind is reprogrammed to reach a stage of an empty mind. Do twice daily or as per your convenience. Avoid comparing your life with others. Do meditation without expectation and life will change. Enjoy meditation and make it a daily habit. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

I'm male and I'm hindu. I have never bothered doing Yoga until I decided to do a 60 day challenge for myself. Right now I am in day 12 and I've only been looking at your videos. 12 days in and I feel a new presence has come to my life which I've been neglecting. The divine feminine energy from this world is serving me well. My ego is being kept in check and my anger, anxiety and stress is being reduced. Thank you. I feel so much better thank you. Today I'm graduating from high school, the morning has been stressful for me, and the rain was not helping. And me worrying about having a seizure during my graduation. I feel like a lot of the negative energy came out of me. Thank you really.

Today, I’m grateful for my family and my friends surrounding me; for the beautiful and amazing experiences I’ve had in my life so far, and the many ones ahead; I’m grateful for the food that nourishes me and the safety i was granted, and the love and support I get. I think that when there’re no problems, the mind creates them. This too shall pass. I do struggle with negative thoughts that cause anxiety, but I’m meditating and looking at ways to diminish them, because these thoughts are not the reality 🧡

i have no words but thank you. when you said "you are safe" I started to well up, my eyes filling with tears. I didn't realize until that moment that my anxiety was seeping into feelings safety, or rather lack of it. Thank you for giving me my safe space back

Thank you so much for this guided meditation. Today was my first time in about 3 years I meditated. I've had an incredibly stressful week at my new job and when I came home today my anxiety went through the roof, it even made me feel sick to my stomach. I was thinking of things I could do to help control it at least a bit and meditation crossed my mind. I found this video and I can't even describe how glad I am I did! I had no idea a 10-minute meditation could make such a difference. I was a bit shocked at first when I started crying during the meditation but then I realized it was the negative energy leaving my body and mind and it felt so good. So thank you again for this beautiful meditation! My goal now is to meditate every day after work and I'm sure I'll come back to this meditation often.

My dad always told us to save 5 minutes of our day to meditate, to get into our minds and to watch our thoughts and to re-center ourselves, i could never do it cos my mind can't be calm, this helped me so much mostly with my anxiety, thank you so much again :)

today i was with a lot of negative scary thoughts and anxious and had like 2 panic attacks i understand it's part of the recovery but this meditation helped me so much you can't imagine with a tea for going to sleep!

This was amazing! Once I opened my eyes they felt so light I felted so relaxed and care free ❤️ My happy place was on the sandy beach with a sunset or a field of flowers

Tried this last night while laying in bed and passed out. I agree with others, your voice is so calming and peaceful. It sounds like you'd be easy to talk to which I think helps with listening to someone else for this kind of stuff rather than feeling like you're just being told what to do (even though technically we are lol).
