I'm still on my maternity leave but I wanted to film this video so I can introduce baby to you! Also taking the opportunity to do an Ask Me Anything video. I asked for questions submissions on Facebook and Instagram and boy were there lots of really good questions!

About Pai:
Pailin “Pai” Chongchitnant is the author of the Hot Thai Kitchen cookbook, co-host of a Canadian TV series One World Kitchen on Gusto TV, and creator and host of the KZbin channel Pailin's Kitchen.
Pai was born and raised in southern Thailand where she spent much of her "playtime" in the kitchen. She traveled to Canada to study Nutritional Sciences at the University of British Columbia, and was later trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in San Francisco.
After working in both Western and Thai professional kitchens, she decided that her passion really lies in educating and empowering others to cook at home via KZbin videos, her cookbook, and cooking classes. His Paternal Grandparents should teach him Cantonese. I have a nephew who’s half Chinese from father’s side and half Japanese from mother’s side,so he speaks Chinese and English with Paternal Grandparents and Japanese with Maternal Grandparents.

I know she is Chinese by the look, but her last name doesn't spell or sound like Chinese, They are a lot of Chinese/Thai in Thailand speak Chinese, or here in the states speak both of English and Motherland languages.

The precaution of eating certain things or cover yourself from head to toe is mainly to help you from getting aches and pain or hear loss or blind down the road. Like 5 to 10 years down the road. I had 3 kids, my last one when I was also 34 years, I choose to listen to my mom and follow her traditional way just because I figure I have nothing to loose. Congratulations to you and your lovely family. He's so precious, I am 45 and now a grandmother of a 2 month old and going to have another grandchild in May. I love babies, everything about them. Enjoy every moment, they grow up really fast.

I think when you live outside your home country it's very important to teach your kids about their origins and culture so when they grow up and get to visit their home country, they're not gonna feel like foreigners or outsiders and they'll be able to communicate with the locals.
