I really enjoyed the maze, I’d love if they created a mode surrounding it and make things more complex, like you having to fish up rocks to make an axe or find medicine so you can get past two beehives without passing out. I also loved how you have to save 3 fruits in order to get all the vouchers and wait for the axe instead of just unprooting the trees. Oh yeah and a Rover was cool too I guess. His dialogue made it sound like he was going to move in and I honestly see no harm in it unless they’re planning to make Rover the host of future events like this. He would lose a bit of his personality but I think he’s already pretty close to a Lazy villager.

I just had a cool thought, what if when they bring back minigames (it's an inevitability), this could be one of the bigger ones with randomized maps and all! In single player, it could just be a "best time" type game. In multiplayer, it could either adapt to be a larger scale maze focused on co-op or be a versus thing where each player is given the exact same layout on different islands to race for 1st.

@@JadeMythriil That is a good point and I agree, but it's still a bit bad. After all, for them to release some of the stuff so soon, it was probably ready or nearly ready. And then there's the problem of playing the game years down the line, when Switch online shuts. Half the game will be missing, because you can't update. At least they're not charging money, but this is the first step. This maybe a trial run, I love Nintendo, but I don't trust corporations.

@@Nosretep That really doesn't matter. This isn't some competitive game, this isn't Lol, Fortnite, Splatoon or etc. And is there really something that exciting and important in Animal Crossing? There's literally nothing worth spoiling. The biggest news from it so far is the p@#$s statue :D I personally don't time travel. Nintendo could easily have made it so the game checks time on their own servers, not the console and BAM, problem fixed. But they choose to hinder the players... Because Nintendo is Nintendo. For every awesome thing they do, there's a stupid one to balance. And honestly, this is no excuse to ruin the game for people who may want to play the game in 10 years. I love to keep my games and play them later, now i have to keep update data and pray my sd card doesn't stop working... or hack my console, which i dislike.
