Very interesting information. I can't clip my Corgi, but I do a sanitary thin and thin her paws. I do have a little Yorkie/Poodle mix. We missed her grooming appointment, but I don't think that I'm good enough to give her a trim.

G'day Melanie, I'm so glad to come across your videos - still looking through them. I have a 7 (8?) y.o. Bichon Frise, with three legs: he lost a front leg due to amputation and we rescued him from termination after his previous owner abandoned him in a Shanghai animal hospital that did the amputation. he has a lovely character, but he's not too keen on grooming (I don't blame him as he was not treated the best by young, "inexperienced?" grooms. We now live in Germany and grooming fees seem to start at around 100 euro for a basic session, so I'm looking to groom him at him, sadly its essential. Could you perhaps give some tips on how to wash, dry, brush, and support a handicapped dog whilst grooming and point out any necessary cautions to be aware of, please. Best regards.
