I love this. But, my video doesn't stay on. It continually says 'tap to resume'. It wouldn't stay on. I don't have the Santa hat either. But, I did take the stocking cap and make it white and red to sorta make it like a Santa hat.

Unless you're on a very old operating system, you should be able to get the Santa hat. It's not a special hat; it's just colored properly. When you say the video doesn't stay on, what does that mean? When you press the record button, it should record for about 30-60 seconds (which is the length you can make for a memoji recording) and then if you want to continue, you have to do a separate video. If it does not continue playing when someone sends you one, that's because it's hit the end of its life (end of its loop) and doesn't want to keep playing endlessly.
