My ex lost me. He claimed to love me and said he wanted to marry me, but he had a wandering eye online and offline plus I discovered he was overcoming a corn addiction. He would find girls online through random carnival pages and follow them because he thought they were beautiful. Bear in mind these pages are full of half naked women in their carnival costumes. The worst part was that he didn't think there was anything wrong with what he was doing. Some of these men think they're marriage material but they're not because they lack integrity and are literally fighting demons. Plus they have unhealed trauma and don't even realize it half the time.

Many women go on social media so it definitely carries over irl. Of course some things are exaggerated, but there is some truth to it. I can't tell you how many times I walk around with young women dress half naked or always on their cellphones. Let's be honest a lot of women are making it difficult to be approached. It doesn't help that a bunch of men get told they're creeps when they even show any bit of interest. Unless she approaches you first, a man is gonna just move past it to further his own life. I'm not saying men should ignore every woman. If you have good chemistry, then shoot your shot. If not, well there's nothing wrong running solo until you find a woman who is mature enough to know what she wants.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and honestly as a society we teach men to suppress their feelings and to act “tough”. A lot of men do not want to talk about emotions just because this is not how they are brought up. I have seen in my practice that boys and adult men struggle with opening up about feelings and do a lot of stuffing as opposed to talking about it. I have met men personally myself that you can tell they have a lot of suppression of emotions or they are just unhealthy people to have in your life as a woman. I also agree with Stephan that sometimes men will focus on a woman’s beauty instead of focusing on who she is inside and how she is treating him. Looks change but most of the time the person inside does not. I would much rather a guy get to know me on a personal level than keep things superficial. I feel like if he isn’t open to getting to know me more and I can’t get to know him more a real long lasting healthy fulfilling relationship cannot happen. Someone who really truly likes you is curious about you and is not shy to ask you as many questions as possible to get to know you on a deeper level.

It appears that our Black Ladies have chosen to follow the white (European) model of success and family, now they rather have female-0n-female relationships.
