Kettlebells seems to work well in compound movements. More like a weighted cardio. It can be the best of both worlds.... same as pushing a car up a hill. Cardio and weight training all in one. Wow his idol is Eugene Sandow that is so cool. I love Arnold’s resolve, wisdom and passion for health & fitness. If there was ever such a thing as a “perfect” celebrity it would be Arnie. He’s a household name in Bodybuilding, Movies/Hollywood and politics. There’s nothing this man hasn’t done he is a true inspiration. You can always learn something from this guy. His reputation proceeds him. He’s also witty and rather humble. What you see is what you get. Furthermore he’s one of my favourite actors. Sure he may not be a De-Niro or Pacino but no one and I mean Absolutely NO ONE plays machine better then he did with the first two terminator films. Brent Spiner played data to perfection, an intelligent android endeavouring to become more human but Arnie as an unstoppable nightmarish killing machine is iconic. It’s engraved in our subconscious as well as our pop culture.

@@williamakers1101 Agree - I think they're the most efficient tool for general / balanced fitness. If you want specific fitness (strength, cardio, muscle mass, etc) there are other tools that are better. But if you want 70% of all aspects of fitness rather than 100% of one... Then kettlebells are the tool!
@zborgerd
@zborgerd 3 жыл бұрын
@@SmudgeOne7Three My experience is that kettlebells will make you "stronger", dumbbells will make you "swole". But dumbbells are more practical for advancing with more various weights. Kettlebells can take some real work. However, I transitioned to a 106 lb "beast" pretty quickly. Not going to claim that I ever mastered it though.
@SmudgeOne7Three
@SmudgeOne7Three 3 жыл бұрын
@@zborgerd That's fair. Personally though, I love the simplicity of kettlebell weights. My kettlebells are in 8kg jumps, and when I trained with dumbbells / barbells I had plates ranging from 0.5 to 7.5kg. You can "creep up" on heavier weights with smaller increments, but when it's an 8kg jump "leap of faith" it will show you if your form is 100% correct. Much easier for me to keep track of progression too

He was trolling. If you blend and egg shell it’ll just be thousands of sharp little pieces, it’ll never pulverize. Also, raw eggs are only a fraction as bioavailable as cooked (granted, it could be for texture)

But: since it was Arnold dropping the whole egg into the drink, you now went “Oh, so that’s how the real pros do it”.

The cherry was just for muscle and bone soreness, the guy is 72. We probably wouldn't even need it. Besides that it was almond milk, a banana, and an egg.
