This lady is awesome, well balanced and I wish I could meet her. I battled mentally my whole life but working on my own mental game changed me dramatically. The key is to stay balanced and humble. Bless this lady , appreciate this great talk

Mental Toughness: 1.Your skill is talent & intelligent is 30% and remaining 70% is your focus, determination and the commitment is the toughness that will set you apart from the rest. 2.The mental toughness is the ability to manage stress, depression, anxiety, pressure of the challenge and the chaos of a life. 3.Control what you can in the situation. 4.Control your emotions over the stress, anxious situation and believe you can change/enjoy the environment of yours. 5.Focus on the things that you can control. 6.Commit to the work you do 100% until the goal is reached and avoid the distractions. SUB PART: Try to do a task that takes 5 to 6 minutes a day to develop your own reselience and get it done like dry cold shower everyday. See the challenge as an opportunity. Confidence is intangible sense that will influence how you deal with the things. Your experience will almost greater than yourself credit that you gave always. Winners have true self-belief confidence commitment courage and they feel in confidence of their lives and they don't give up they are rentless in the pursuit of their dream. Winners see challenge as an opportunity and they embrace change as a change to learn and grow, they learn something valuable from everything happens to them.

Read between the lines. She lies and spent a day a a racing school when she was at rock bottom. So rock bottom is an interesting phenomenon because you either get stagnant( think thoughts aka analysis paralysis), submit to substances or you go for what you want because why else.. you’re already at rock bottom. The thing about going for what you want is that you’ll have to give up more than you have and run a boat off of wishes and dreams but if you can sail and build a boat well, then you can achieve what you want. You have to “just keep swimming” and “just do it” everyday no matter what and keep learning. She did that. Anyone can but it’s a long term goal.. delayed gratification.

I had severe mental illness for 30 years and was constantly called weak for it. Mental toughness is not a clinical term and means nothing

She shares some good information but totally misses the mark. It's hard to truly understand what mental toughness is about when you've had such limited experience.😂😂
