Thank you very much for reacting to Dark Sarah!! Too few have found her amazing music and voice!!! They both have long and successful careers. And this is a match made in heaven. Seen them live and that is exactly what you get. JP. Leppäluoto is a one of the best "heavy" heavy vocalists in the World. Otherwise he would not be a member of the greatest Heavy Quartet ever with Marko from Nightwish, Jarkko Ahola, the male Floor, Toni Kakko from Sonata Arctica, also many times a special guest for Nightwish and performed as a vocalist with Nightwish. JP is also a founding member of "Heavy Christmas" / Raskasta Joulua combo/collaboration with Floor, Marko, Tarja Turunen, Jarkko Ahola, Toni....and everybody that are somebody in Finland or in the World of Heavy/Rock vocalists. This is like a part of a story and there are other great Finnish vocalists in those other parts. Best Regards from Finland! Ps. I highly recommend a "band" called "Powerless Trio" with JP., Marko and Ari Koivunen. Acoustic versions, like "I see fire"....etc.

I LOVE the "Northern Kings" vocal quartet featuring not only JP but also 3 other virtuosic Finnish metal vocalists. The first one you already know, Marko Heitala as well as the brilliant Jarkko Ahola, & Tony Kakko. They do AMAZING covers. I'd choose their live cover of Ah-Ha's "Take On Me" as first listen. Also check out the terrific "Powerless Trio" videos with JP, Marko & Ari Koivunen.

I love Dark Sarah and JP so much. I've seen them live and the voices blend just as well live as in the recordings. I definitely recommend more of both of them. Especially JP; his voice is so beautiful. And yes, he looks creepy in this video, but in reality he is the sweetest guy you could meet. ❤️ And Heidi and the other band members are lovely too. 😊 (I've actually been to that fortress where they shot the video. It's so cool.) And luckily for you, there is a whole album and a couple other songs of them singing together, for your enjoyment. 🤘 Also, that was honestly really good pronunciation of JP's last name! 😊

Thank you for reacting to Dark Sarah. Whilst this song is one of my favourite Dark Sarah tracks, I would be interesting in seeing you react to another Dark Song from an earlier album - Memories Fall. This song features another fantastic vocalist, Manuella Kraller singing with Heidi Parvainen. The song really showcases their different styles. 🙂

Super excited you reacted to some Dark Sarah. I love her voice and their storytelling is top notch. they call themselves cinematic metal so it makes sense. There is a lovely live version of this song that you should listen to for yourself, kzbin.info/www/bejne/a53VoaV-eqyXb9E. For more Dark Sarah I love this live performance of Icehart, kzbin.info/www/bejne/aH_VapqBgsR_rtU. Also Trespasser and All Ears. Not that familiar with J.P. solo or his bands work. Mostly know him from his work with Finnish metal super group Northern Kings (Jarkko Ahola - Terasbatoni, Marko Hietala - Tarot,/Nightwish, Tony Kakko - Sonata Arctica, J. P. - Charon/Harmaja) who sing metal covers of pop songs. Their most popular cover is Take On Me. I love this performance of a Finish Christmas Song that also works in some melodies from Walking in the Air, kzbin.info/www/bejne/gpyxc5mEgMaAm9k.

There used to be a band called Therion... I don't know if they still play, but I recommend listening to something from them (just to mention that their first albums were quite dark, it was death-metal music). It was Therion who were among the first to start playing what I would describe as dark-theatrical-symphonic metal. I used to love them. If you're interested, they started playing symphonic metal from 1995-1996.

Music is an interpretation of the listener (at least that is my opinion), but listening to this song I interpret it as she (the bad guy) is the thief and he (the good guy) caught her stealing from him. She is trying to convince him to let her go.

Yet another exciting reaction. The sincerity with which you react to artists is magical. I love it. You need to react and analyze the voice of Brazilian singer André Matos, singing "Fairy Tale" with the metal band Shaman, in a live performance. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jpjCmIKnj9qXgas. André Matos was a Brazilian singer, songwriter, conductor, producer and pianist, known for having been the lead singer of the bands Viper, Angra and Shaman. He was ranked No. 77 at the list of 100 Greatest Voices of Brazilian Music by Rolling Stone Brasil magazine. The artist sold millions of copies during his career.

This is cool and I hate to hijack this, but…… You really need to checkout NOA GRUMAN (coloratura soprano) of SCARDUST (classical/symphonic/progressive metal) and her choir, HELLSCORE (a cappella metal covers) !!! They have affectionately been tabbed as Disney Metal by some of their fans and they did this spectacular one take video mashup of ~ Evolution of a Disney Princess….But She’s Metal ~ and it is utterly sublime! It’s a great introduction to her voice, her band, & her choir, but please don’t stop there, they are all out of this world! 🔥🖤🤘🏼

I totally second this. I believe Noa is one of the best voices in symphonic metal right now - maybe not quite Tarja or Floor, but the same league at least
@rexatkins9264
@rexatkins9264 Жыл бұрын
@@anthonydakhin4225 I love them both and I’m not bagging on Tarja or Floor, at all, because they are world class artists and what each of them has accomplished is astounding, but in my opinion, right now, the only things they have on Noa is experience, fan base, and budgets, NOT quality, range, agility, power, or size of their vocal toolboxes. Noa’s gigantic toolbox is filled to overbrimming and she can do so much with her instrument! She’s easily my favorite vocalist and I believe she just may become the preeminent voice of this ever broadening classical/symphonic/progressive/metal genre. Slowly but surely they are getting more exposure and if Noa & Scardust could get some traction with their new album that’s expected this year, I believe they just may take-off and finally get the recognition that’s equal to their talent!

@@rexatkins9264 hey, I'm not trying to diminish Noa's talents in any way, but experience is kinda important too :)

@@anthonydakhin4225 I understand and no worries, I didn’t take it that way, at all, my friend. I used the word “experience” instead of saying “age,” that would’ve been tacky of me, but both Floor & Tarja do have about a 10 or 12 year head start on Noa. Noa is from a very musical family and has been performing for quite awhile. She is classically trained and has performed with the Israeli Opera and the Philharmonic Orchestra, even arranges & conducts her own choir, Hellscore. Check them out if you weren’t aware of them, they’re fantastic!
