Really love this workout! Feels great except when I almost dropped my heavy weight on the last round with my grip totally fatigued and sweaty hands! Thank you for always making a great start to my day!!

Yessss!! What a GRRRREAT session 💪 since completing unstoppable volume 2 I’m upping my game with weights… managed this whole workout with my 10kgs!(22lbs) and feel bloody awesome! Thanks PJ,for always delivering and always bringing the challenge!

I really love it when you share your personal workouts because they are SO effective! I challenged myself with 15's and 20's and I'm feeling every muscle right about now (especially after that killer finisher)! Thanks for an excellent workout PJ! I am so grateful I started working out with you years ago- hopefully all my healthy habits will allow me to age gracefully and remain strong and fit well into "old age" ;) Happy birthday a bit early- you look wonderful!

Happy birthday, PJ! 🎂 Yesss, this workout hit the whole body and was excellent! I appreciated, as always, your cueing and encouragement! I used 15# and 10# dumbbells. Maybe make a note so you can remember what 54 felt like 20 years from now. I certainly don’t remember how I felt back then ( I’m 74 now), except that I was working 70 hour weeks in a stressful environment. Maybe I blocked it out! 😂 🤷‍♀️ Anyway, it’s all good now, and I have you to thank!❤ 💪

The 90-90 arms-up in the warm-up feels great, doesn’t it? I used 17.5 # for the B stance deadlifts (I gave it a try and was able to manage heavies), 15# for the renegade row off the knees (hard work), 15# chest press, 10# for one arm clean to press, and dead bug. Booty band finisher did its job. Wish I could say that I eat clean, but man, that coffee ice cream! 😋 I self-sabotage! I really like this workout. Thanks, PJ!❤

TY PJ ! Great as usual ! Could you advice on a subbing for the “clean “ move ? I have shoulder/neck problems and can’t lift over my head , thanks ❤

Hi there, Kerrie checking in for PJ today! For this drill, I would recommend only doing the clean part of that move as it is driven by your glutes (not your shoulders or biceps) and avoiding the shoulder press part. Hope that helps! 😃

That got the sweat 💦 going heart rate up 🥵 Love the B stance 😂 gets me every time but I'm getting there gone past beating myself up over not avltto do a move 😂 think it's laziness setting in 😂 Aaabbbsssss delicious 😋 But the finisher omg ouch 😂 UNTIL I decided to add the Quick Abs you released the other day to this I'm definitely done now Going to see if I can find my glutes to sit on them 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 P.S. Knowing your age, I bet you did the original Jane Fonda exercise back in the day. I also did it myself. What do you think of it now? I watched it yesterday and thought, too much movements, more like pilates than aerobics. 😆

Effective workout . However, the constant up and down ( standing- down to the floor etc.) for me is annoying as heck! A good chance for hurting something . Wish we could just stick to the basic of weight training . 😊

Basic weight training is up and down, I am afraid. To target the right muscles, and get a balanced workout, you need to manipulate gravity when working with dumbbells. Which means supine, prone and standing moves. In addition, getting up and down it’s important to ‘train’ as you get older.
