Absolutely love the Gospel music. I start every morning with a devotional. To be able to then exercise praising God in music helps me to continue spending time in His presence. Thank you for sharing God’s love.

i have had one knee replacement and need another. Even a lot of seated exercise is too hard for me. I LOVE your videos and I can actually work up a sweat! Love your positive energy! You are a game changer for me!

So thankful that I came across these seat exercise videos. I been exercising to them for the pass 7 months. I just love your energy and the diversity music. However, my favorite is Motown - BTW -- my favorite exercise movements are the (hand circles) and what I call (Baby Shark swims (two hands together and your like going back and forth. My thanks goes out to the entire team. I hope you bring this back in 2023. Be blessed and stay healthy and safe.

Great workout as usual! We thank you guys so much for continuing seated exercises. You asked about suggestions for other artists a while back. Have you given any thought to doing any Paul McCartney songs? "Coming up", "Juniors farm", "Listen to what the man said", "Let them in", "Say, say, say with MJ", "Live and let die", "Hi, Hi, Hi", and "Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey" to suggest a few.
