I like potato salad also, my Late Mother used to use half mayo, and Half Sour Cream, I of course am used to that mix as I grew-up with it, so i like it. We always grow lots of Green onions in our garden, buy enough at the time they sell the onion bulbs to plant more as the rows get depleted. So we use them lots, radish is good in there, celery, maybe some corn, tomatoes on the side, which we also grow lots of so I have always just eaten them fresh off the vines---I love Tomatoes. Thank you for your recipe I will give it a try. Ever since my Mother passed, she was way too young, then my Dad had a Girl Friend who also passed, so I have stayed with my Dad and taken care of him since he had a stroke 2 times now, and both times I recognized the symptoms so got him to Hospital where they gave him this new medicine, which kept the damage to a real minimum, Thank GOD!!!! My younger sister said she wouldn't do what I do, so it is up to me, I can't imagine not being able to stay in the house one bought and paid for, but without me, he could not, I conciser it my turn as our parents take care of us when we are growing up. I don't mean to tell the whole tale, just that the recipes are great and help me make good tasting food for the old boy and myself. Thank You, have a great day. Cucumbers soaked in Vinegar are good, not for too long though or they get soggy. We both love the Mexican Cuisine, so all these different recipes are fantastic. I thank you, and if my Dad knew, he would also. I have to cut the salt and just add it to taste separate, my Dad has High Blood Pressure, so salt is a no, no. Omg my husband thinks I am a genius in the kitchen because of you guys. It's hard to compete with his mother's food. I am native American and I can make fried bread and South food. My husband is from Algeria and he expects his food to have a lot of flavor. I started watching Views and now I am a master chef. He says oh how did you learn how to make this. I tell him many North American Indigenous Women from Mexico have perfected these recipes and pass them down. He thinks it is so mysterious and mystical. I can't tell him these hot Latina women on KZbin teach me. Lol

@@Viewsontheroad you know I see a lot of Natives making fried bread and I say no my mom's is the best. We were so poor growing up on the rez my mom couldn't afford the lard. All we could afford was the cheap tubs of margarine, the one with no brand in the yellow and black tub. So that's what my mom used, the bread turned out salty and buttery. Omg that and a pot pintos with fried potatoes because they give that free at the local food pantries. Big bag of potatoes and a big bag of pintos. That was my favorite day, I was happy on those days.

I went through a few years of cleansing all the things that didn't serve me, were causing me stress, and emotional anguish. It's a little deeper than thinking food is an enemy. I don't think of food as causing weight gain. I never cast that spell on any of my meals. All the recipes you see on the show I eat. I have a positive relationship with my food. I limit fast food and eating out except, if I'm moving to a new state LOL I'm human. I don't cook or eat if I'm angry or low vibrating. I cook with intention of nourishing not only my family, but the views club. Your mind is very powerful. You know the root cause of whats going on amiga. Be kind and forgiving to yourself. I'm a very busy mom outside of youtube, once I wake up my body doesn't stop moving. Last year I worked out a lot more and as I age my body craves different foods and workouts. Work on healing what's inside and slowly add high vibrational foods such as fruits and mostly vegetables until you see you reflect the person you want to be. That looks different to everyone so don't rush, one thing at a time. Take 30 days and walk 15-20 minutes and really think of what you want for yourself. In the meantime start eliminating experiences that bring you down. Be it friends, toxic family, or food combinations you know are not for you. After the 30 days set a new goal that will lead you to your true self. You are in the creators image corazón! You hold all the answers. Hope this helps, Steph ❤️ P.S- 3 cups Cucumber agua fresca no sugar every day before coffee or any food and if possible switch to a gentle tea...
