Just discovered this channel. Pretty neat video! Thanks! I finished the game (first MH for me) and beat all tempered elder dragons on PC, but I still don't really know what is happening, I just play super safely. When I watch youtube videos it feels like people know what attack monsters are gonna do next. For some reason Teostra has never been a problem for me, and as you said we can just walk out of the nova. Great guide! I'd love to see more of them! I'm trying to gain the ultra instinct power as well and improve my CB fighting

Yeah we’re gonna need more of these for Iceborne This saved me during the base game, and theres a few new and old monsters in Iceborne that i reeeeally need help with to make my runs smoother Also MR Teo is CRAZY The 50/50 he has where he now either stands upright to roar OR to do that new flame aura breath attack towards the ground That move is STUPID misleading, just got into long sword and I always try to use foresight slash to avoid the roar and end up knee deep in flames and usually get near to death since theres no knockback on the move

Teo and Luna are the only ones I have trouble with bcz for me all of their moves blend and the "oh no I have fallen" animation is way to similar to "ima roar animation" so I just foresight slash it only to waste my meter, I clear Nerg in 2min and kushala becomes ok once you understand him but I never got used to Teo and this video really helps, I love ur vids

long time no see Also "he's always been a cross between a dragon and a lion" more or less describes like half the monsters, especially in first and second gen. Tigrex is a tiger, nargacuga is a cougar, rathalos and rathian are also lions, magala's animations are reminiscent of a HOUSECAT, not sure what kushala is supposed to be but it has cat ears. Honourable mentions to jaggi, mizutsune and zinogre for being a dog, a fox and a wolf, which, while not cats, fit into the larger classification that encompasses cats of "probably a dog."
