Amazing 👏🏽👏🏽 Phelps is my childhood hero. I used to see all his videos before every meeting. He’s the reason why I love sports. It’s so good to see him speaking so openly about his up and downs throughout his career. Mental health is so important 👏🏽👏🏽

I really needed to hear this. Great sentiments from Michael Phelps. Hearing a world class athlete talk about sliding into depression and and kind of giving up on what they're great at and what makes them happy and how he got himself back is something we all should reflect on.
Someone who has greatness distinguishes themselves from others, sets themselves apart and is truly eminent in their field

It takes more than being a good speaker and a business man to run a country. Tony is a fantastic business man but that doesn’t give him the merit to run a country; just look at Donald Trump (not that I am comparing the two)

Great learnings of how life is not what it seems. For me the comment that he felt lost after olympics is reiteration that all of us do not know how to live the process and somewhere we work for the results more.
