Dealing with a debilitating health issue. Was getting down about it. Waking up in dread and fear. But reading his books and listening to him is making me prioritize returning to the unconditional peace of consciousness. Anything that is not consciousness is the outside, including the body. Letting go of the dread and fear that arise. Trying to embrace this and view it as a grand opportunity.

@@sandrasaba8229 I have read all his books and listened to every video, and I have listened to the eight part series he did with Sounds True. I have listened to every talk many times. To learn to turn awareness from what is observed by the five senses to focus on consciousness itself requires a level of determination and persistence that is greater than anything I have ever focused on doing previously. I would say, focus my mind on, Michael explains the role of thoughts of the mind and feelings of the heart that diverts awareness from focusing on consciousness itself to focus on objects of consciousness and suffer the disturbances from focusing on external sources that cannot be manipulated or controlled by thoughts or feelings, as what we observe has already happened.

This is ringing my bells too. I woke up after the life I’d known for 30 years fell apart. It’s a slow process, 2 steps forward, 1 step back. Then I realize I allowed myself to fall asleep again, or become unconscious of my life path & my part in it. I know in my bones the conscious path every minute I’m awake is the only way to experience a peaceful, joyous life.

This is great timing. I have been looking at life in that way, through sickness and through work relationships as ultimate ways to grow. Last week a coworker who is known for being difficult, went on an emotional attack during a meeting and was Full of false accusations. I had an intense physical reaction afterwards including a migraine headache and nausea that lasted 4 days, afterwards. Another coworker immediately called me and lightened the mood, but it took days for me to recover. From the higher perspective, walking with the light of the divine, I release and let go of this detritus. The action of forgiveness is essential, it does Not mean that the behavior was acceptable, but for my own peace of mind, for my own happiness and peace, for my own precious heart, I did see clearly what this person carries around all day but I cannot carry that, it doesn’t belong to me. I release that detritus and I merge back with consciousness.

I am Cully's wife. Someone from work told me about Michael months ago . He has helped me a lot and I'm continuing to listen to him and his advice working on myself . I feel this year has been the most difficult of my life. Family members passing away , close family and in laws . My mum has also got cancer again .our children have given us challenges in the years .And other smaller life challenging experiences that are happening which is life. i have also struggled with anxiety most of my life. i understand more later on in life how to work on being mindfulness in the years .And other smaller life challenging experiences that are happening which is life...it is always a work in progress looking after yourself and then we die.

The one exception I make with his talks is that life going badly is not always your fault like he says. Those of us in abusive situations are rightly repulsed and scared and are trying to get out. I have a feeling he might agree so I try to keep that in mind. He is speaking of more trivial matters.

This popped up in my KZbin at the exactly the precise moment when I needed it. To be precise exactly 15 minutes from the time I received news that was potentially going to put me completely out of my center. I have been doing work on myself working with several teachers but this gave so much clarity at the exact time. I stay conscious. The problem is no longer existent as far as I am concerned. ❤ Love to Infinite Intelligence ❤

For me as well. I came upon him soon after my fiancé died unexpectedly while I was looking for ways to make my own death look like an accident. Singer guided me in how to make that searing pain of grief transformative rather than destructive. It’s been a very difficult year but it’s also been beautiful. I can assure anyone who is struggling with his message that if you apply it with an open mind and heart - it will be the best thing you’ve ever done for yourself.

Thank you Michael Singer for this wisdom. Here are excerpts from Steps to Knowledge about deeper commitment to your relationship with life: "I am committed to learn to learn. I am committed to give what I am meant to give. I am committed because I am part of life. I am part of life because I am one with Knowledge. What is commitment but the natural expression of your true desire? It frees you; it does not bind you. It engages you; it does not obligate you. It fortifies you; it does not limit you... Thus it is that you follow and you lead, you receive and you give. Thus it is that all of your activities become uniform, and you find escape from all negative imagination. Thus it is that you are a student of Knowledge. And thus it is that Knowledge blesses you who are meant to bless the world." (STK, Marshall Vian Summers)

Staying centered IS Conscious Awareness, every second, in the moment, in the now, WOW! THANK YOU, Michael! I knew this intellectually, When I first started my journey of knowing who & What I Am, in the 70's. Here I am, in Dec 2022, And I hear you & I see how so many moments, throughout these years, have brought me to THIS Knowing, Now. I believe I, now, know, What I am doing & how to keep doing the work. Namaste.

Allow your heart the space it needs to manifest your highest desires into existence. When you really just let things be, and detach from all outcomes, you give life the opportunity and space to work in your favour. When there is space you can manifest even more and finally receive what you have been waiting for. I set another intention for anyone who reads this, I promise what you desire is on its way. I am sending you love and strength. You are Appreciated & Loved You are Accepted and Supported. Trust in yourself and Trust in life. ~Much Love from a Law of Attraction KZbinr💜

Testifying here that it works provided you're in it 24/7, let me tell you something , there is no short cuts or easy way, and yes it's painful as hell as your mind is constantly trying to pull you out of center in to thinking and thus reliving the pain, however there is freedom on the other side of pain as well, also be cautious of not falling in to trap of being just self improvement's junkie , because you'll just feel good when listening to them or may be for next day or two and then back to yourself again and searching for next fix, all the best everybody!

I am teaching myself to sew using the same mentality as the ash tray metaphor michael uses. My mind gets so upset and impatient as I work and struggle, but every time I make a single move forward, I remind myself I am there and I am living and doing the process and that is so beautiful because I am closing the gap of knowing nothing to knowing something. I have listened to so many spiritual teachings on youtube and michael resonates the deepest and has helped me to level up my spiritual practice more than anyone. He puts everything so simply and gives us the whole thing straight from the heart instead of reserving parts of it for personal gain. Thank you everyone involved in providing this service 🤍
