When the cop spotted the cat under the seat and said, "He's under the seat, he's breathing!" He probably saw the cat panting, which is a sign that the cat is highly stressed. Being on a chase with this woman and then all the crazy lights and noise of the cops going through the car, I feel bad for the cat. Give him a good home, not with some nut that's going to take him on a high speed felony chase. Good lord.

Toxic shock syndrome has to do with bacterial infection complications and has to be diagnosed by an actual doctor. It is extremely rare and life-threatening. If she actually had it, she would be in the hospital and did not running from the cops.

Nah guys, if you know someone is about to grab you, and you know that it is of paramount importance that you not resist, you can choose not to tense up. And I seriously doubt many people (if any) actually get charged with resisting just for tensing up.
