When the cop spotted the cat under the seat and said, "He's under the seat, he's breathing!" He probably saw the cat panting, which is a sign that the cat is highly stressed. Being on a chase with this woman and then all the crazy lights and noise of the cops going through the car, I feel bad for the cat. Give him a good home, not with some nut that's going to take him on a high speed felony chase. Good lord.

Nah guys, if you know someone is about to grab you, and you know that it is of paramount importance that you not resist, you can choose not to tense up. And I seriously doubt many people (if any) actually get charged with resisting just for tensing up. @@manna_bell my cats ride in my truck unsecured all the time and theyre fine, they willingly hop in and out, we run errands together and sometimes go to the park and chill. it's not always animal abuse.
