After the bread is done do not cut it within an hour or two because it'll be hard or rough, leave it overnight to cool down, bread will become softer then you can cut it and have it🤤🌟. Nice recipe I'm gonna try this soon, I've always made bread with instant yeast, lemme try this atleast once in my lifetime.🤞

@Dian, what is your baking pan size? (Length × Breadth × Height in cm. / inches) I tried your recipe today, but it didn't turn out well. May be that I have used first day yeast. I have fed my yeast again today, will feed tomorrow and will try to make milk bread with the third batch of yeast. Hope that it will come out well. Also I learned that not enough kneading is a big cause for failed cake. Thank you very much for your recipe and the way you reply the queries of your fans. God bless you.

Hi madam, thanks for ur awesome recipe... Hats off to u... Such a wonderful and clean explanation... I tried ur recipe.. It came well.. But I have a pbm. I feel the sour taste in bread. I don't have measurements cups.. So that's also little confusion. Could u please mention it in teaspoon / tablespoon or in grams and ml?
@DianzzParadize
@DianzzParadize 4 жыл бұрын
Hi Jamuna, Thanks for sharing your feedback😊 The few reasons for sour taste can be ,if used sour curd for making yeast, If the yeast batter kept outside for a long time after use. Always stick to measure of 1cup flour to 1/4cup yeast ....if added more can be another reason...😊 1/4 cup = 4tbs ,you can follow with this measure I am using 1cup (125ml) size😊

Hi Dian, your bread looks perfect and yummy! 😊 Just want to ask a quick question, Can we follow the same procedure for WHEAT bread?
@DianzzParadize
@DianzzParadize 4 жыл бұрын
Hi Sharon, For wheat bread ,I would suggest to follow 2 1/2 cups wheat flour and 1/2 cup all purpose flour . Else your bread might turn a little dense...all purpose flour will give a softness to the bread . Also you can replace butter with oil , milk with warm water . Rest you can follow the same process .😊
@guptavardaan
@guptavardaan 4 жыл бұрын
I m trying to make it with whole wheat this time and have replaced the all purpose flour with 2.5 cups of whole wheat flour and 0.5 cup of all purpose flour. I saw some one using vital wheat gluten to make it soft in texture and less dense. Can we use vital wheat gluten in this recipe too and if yes then how much?

Hi Huda, I am using the same yeast for all my recipes and I have never got the issue of sour taste for any recipe😊...Stick to the measurement(1/4cup yeast batter to 1cup flour) and use nicely fed yeast ,use fresh curd (while making the starter), to prevent sour flavour in the recipes...I guess these steps can help prevent sour taste 😁

@DianzzParadize
@DianzzParadize 4 жыл бұрын
Hi , I think u needed to knead the dough a little more . If it’s kneaded well you will get a smooth top on the bread and also it’s important how you tuck the dough . It should be sealed proper and create a vacume inside ,for the air to fill inside which will help the dough to rise. Please watch my recipe video of pav buns , there I have shared how to check if your dough is kneaded perfect for bread.

I’ve tried twice having issues with the dough rising. The yeast batter appears to turn out well. The first batch did not rise well and was tough and dense, which may have been due to not enough kneading. The second was kneaded sufficiently and the dough became softer, however it only rose once for proofing and then did not rise the second time while in the pan. It was a disappointing two days. ☹️

Madam yeast raised very well 1.doughy raised perfectly when I prepared for bread after 5 hrs 2..after proofing when I prepared again for bread and kept in mould ...it didn't raised even after 2 1/2 hrs .. should I have to wait for more time... By the way temperature in my area is low 3.after baking I felt bread dry inside not so soft Got cracks on sides of my bread
@DianzzParadize
@DianzzParadize 4 жыл бұрын
Hi Bhavana, For your second point , the reason I guess would be , kneading it too much after the proofing, We have to do all the kneading before we keep the dough to proof ... we have to be gentle while kneading the dough the second time . And also try to keep it covered tight when keeping to proof. The reason for dense bread is under kneading and under proofing of the dough. In my recent Pav buns video I have shown how to check your dough if it’s done or not , you can follow the same method. And if the dough is dry then add little more water and keep kneading until u get a soft and smooth dough. Let me know if you have any further question😊

@@c.msilva5373- you use 1/4th cup homemade yeast for every 1cup of your flour. You wanted to use 3 cups of flour, so ¼ + ¼ + ¼ = ¾ cups. (¼th cup yeast for every cup of flour). If your cup is 250 ml (Metric size), then you are using 250×3=750ml of flour. So homemade yeast will be required 750÷4=187.5 ml or ¾ cup (0.75 cup). Best wishes for happy baking.

@DianzzParadize
@DianzzParadize 4 жыл бұрын
Set the oven in convection Combi , check in the manual got with the oven for setting , 180 c is right temperature to bake , the reason for hard bread is under kneading .... knead the dough till it become soft and smooth .😊

The yeast i made is little thick What can be the reason for that or can it affect bread
@DianzzParadize
@DianzzParadize 4 жыл бұрын
Hi , That’s fine the consistency will depend on the quality of the flour also sometimes, just add extra few tsp of water to the bread dough while kneading if you feels it’s dry.

@@aceegotist7100 yes , I tried both bread and burger buns with this recipe! Unfortunately they didn't turn out good at all. The dough itself didn't rise at all(homemade yeast). The texture of buns was like idli (not soft n airy/spongy) ,they tasted sour as well! Don't know what went wrong (maybe yeast)as I make buns n pav frequently but with instant yeast .Didn't have instant yeast hence tried the homemade fresh yeast recipe!!🙂
