Wanted to send a huge thank you to you guys! I know you've met a ton of people but my mom and I went to three of your live events this year. Manhattan Beach, SF, and Encinitas. You guys changed my life and I was recently hired as a Personal Trainer @ a local gym and was recently interviewed to become their AFM. You guys are doing a great job and I'm looking forward to turning to team into a part of the MindPump family!

One of the first things affected negatively by stress is sleep...so sleeping well and long while stressed out is not something that a lot people can do
