I have followed Mind Pump after around 3 months in the gym at the age of 19-20ish, currently 22. I was doing so much in the initial 6 months, then I followed MAPS Anabolic as is, it got me the most dramatic gains. I have 2 years of experience in lifting. Even I can gain good 3-4 kg (7- 9 lbs) in one month , with creatine after taking a break for 2-3 months, following a simple maps aesthetics Phase 2 kind of plan. Gaining 20 pounds is entirely possible for someone with decades of muscle memory with such calorie bump and all the help of eaa's, electrolytes + creatine. Regular people in comments are comparing themselves to IFBB Pro. Let's have a Greg Douchette video on this, lol.
