Ssh... don't tell anybody, but.. I've gained so much weight in the last 20 years... and I secretly love it. I love literally taking up more space, physically. I love the jiggly bits and the squishy bits. May I never see skinny and unhappy never come my way again. Everyone's journey is different.

Tams and Cams, this conversation is soooo welcome but desperately needed. This “toxic” relationships we have with food, nutrition and exercise needs to be dismantled brick by brick. I’ve had the “aha” moment about my relationship with food a couple years now and it actually triggers me when I hear trainers scolding people for having bread or KFC, and then proceeding to punish them with extra exercises as a result. I call them out because that is trash! It further exacerbates the way this person feels about food and themselves. How can we start this conversation in other islands (hailing from Grenada by the way) because I strongly believe in it. I wouldn’t mind adding my voice to this message. It’s so important.

Just finished Confident-U and it was life-changing to say the least. Camille IS amazing. I have probably tried every diet under the sun but the restrictions were what always ruined it for me. Learning how to eat and learning what not to eat with Camille was a game changer. I don't feel restricted. I was one who didn't want to weigh daily, but I get it now. I have dropped a size since I started and I am bout to drop another. I am having my good good cup of coffee every morning, my snacks, and desserts. I am truly satisfied with this lifestyle and her plan.

Huge, huge topic for me. I could listen for days and have so many questions. I just love Cams energy, sound like she shoots straight arrows and we need life coaches like her, not someone telling us what we want to hear. My current battle is menopause + weight, but this talk will make me do some homework. I enjoyed this, another one is my fav topics to date, hits the most sensitive part for us girls, how we perceive food and it's affects our on bodies. Thanks ladies, you are great together, hope we'll have another sessions with you. God Bless 🙌

This was meant for me. Another great, educational episode. Thank you @Tami. I desperately need to get on track. I am the plant-base eater, that loves to lift heavy but struggle with my diet/weight since I went plant-based. I focus on fat loss, not weight loss but Cam hit the nail on the head about us eating more carbs. The struggle is real

Eat to live, do not live to eat. A little of what you fancy does you good. Do not overindulge, treat yourself. When you diet you put yourself under a regime it can be hard to follow so, if you know you're going to indulge, be prepared to run, walk, dance, and clean out the house to burn the calories off. Be as active as possible that's the key. Scales will show you your weight( if they're working properly)but so will the way your clothes fit you and how you feel. In the end, it's up to the individual to find what works for them.

Tami, you've started 2023 with a BANG!!👋👋 This topic is every woman's bugbear, I am so trying to stay in love with myself this year and trying to eat to lose weight instead of the former...as we progress in age, sleep, lack of activities, good food, it's all a struggle and Cam gave some very insightful stuff this take on board albeit we all can't take on a coach but I definitely will look at her content. Showing up for ourselves is key but must first start in the mind...so many nuggets, thank you both!!❤❤

How we look at food has to be addressed from the education system. This is where students get the most information about food. The world is a moving in a different direction and looking at many concepts differently yet our school systems remain grounded in the old mindset. Just something to think about.

I just got a chance to watch this and some of the points made was very eye opening. The “side” comments weather some people are saying something about you either gained weight or lost weight hit me and since I have hypothyroidism it has been a touchy subject for me, I am a bit of a foodie like Tami but I have to get away from thinking “bad food or good food” because I don’t want to go down a rabbit hole of which food is good or bad so I appreciate all the information that was given, thanks ☺️ to both of you!

Little boys (kids) are watching too! This right here could be the reason why men comment on woman’s weight or their girlfriends weight ect. They heard the woman raising them such as their mother talking about weight, calories, being bikini ready ect. And as a result their intentions towards that woman might not actually be bad especially if they are attracted to a specific size woman. Woman also need to not be so quick to be offended… it’s so hard. Weather you grew up small or big, skinny or fat comments are always made on your size especially when it’s a female child. We all just need to be kind to each other and more importantly kind to ourself.

For me weight gain was my journey. In high school I was able to wear the same uniform I got in grade 7 up to grade 11. And I was under 100lbs into adulthood. I got very frequent headaches. Docs just gave painkillers. Found something on the internet that attached this to my weight. Being so small I naturally had low blood pressure and internet suggested that this came with the headaches. So I went on the journey to gain weight way back in 2014. Because of research I ate the 'right things' to gain the weight. Now 2023 my weight remains in the same range and frequency of headaches drastically reduced. I had to do it for me. Other women in my family are on the bigger side and I heard all the voices asking if I really want to gain weight and I might get 'too big' if I know how many women wants to lose weight blah blah blah Seems so many years later people who see me so often still talk about my weight gain and still gives a warning to make sure I do not get any bigger. We can never win when we go off other peoples expectations of us. Just have to do it for ME AND NUH WATCH NUH FACE.

I loved everything about this; felt like I was hearing all my thoughts over the last 2.5 years. I changed how I think about food and have not punished nor deprived myself over the last 2 yrs and it has been my most consistent and gratifying relationship/journey with my health which so happens to result in weightloss. If you are reading this, stop doing all the "things" to "lose weight", instead change the way to think about it, let go off the rules, educate yourself, slowly make small changes; you will see your life change. Great episode! Wow ❤️
