I can’t wait to read Barron’s book! Just from the tidbit you read, I can hardcore relate, and I know the rest of it will be just as inspiring! Also, Pilot and her toy! She just wants to help! The puppy stage is real, though!😄💚

I'm with the monk too! Lived on sailboats for about 30 years and am now full-time in a small"ish" trailer (but we did start camping in a Scamp!). Oh the puppy energy... our 4 year old Lab still has too much. You two really make a fabulous team! And I am so impressed with all that you have accomplished and get accomplished.

The possibilities are endless for the instant pot. My daughter loves making rice in it. We’ve done eggs in it for deviled eggs. I’ve made pot roasts, chicken and dumplings, ribs, simmered squash and homemade tomato soup just to name a few.

It's so funny, I just got done decoraring my laptop with a bunch of the stickers I got last week from your website, turned on KZbin and there was a new video from y'all! These are some of my very favorite videos to make a cup of tea, hide in my office with my recipe journal, (in case you make something yummy that I want to try), and just relax... Is Barron's book from his journal we always see him writing in, pipe in hand, in all of the videos over the years?? I cannot wait to be able to purchase it on the website!! I feel like I remember him saying that was what he was working on a couple of years back and if so I am super excited for the final draft!! I never get to the website in time to snag one of your beautiful pieces Elsa but now that I KNOW you just finished some I am going to head there now and see what's, what. I do beilieve I have almost every sticker and a couple of magnets though! 😁 Thanks for another relaxing video to zone out to for a half hour! I needed the mental break and beautiful videography this evening! So much love from Montana!

Elsa, your insta-pot can even make a cake or bread. You can cook just about anything in there. Barron, I hope your stucco stays on your A-frame. Usually people that use stucco also use chicken wire to help anchor and strengthen it to the building. It's kind of the same principle as using rebar in your concrete. It helps anchor and strengthen the concrete. I hope your house gets built with the least amount of problems. Stay safe, healthy, and happy and may God bless you all.

You guys remind me of me and my husband. So many people have thought over the years that our plans have been crazy but 36yrs later we still enjoy being spontaneous with our lives. We still laugh every day and spend as much time together as possible. If something makes you happy then it must be good for you but on the other side doing things you have never done before feeds your mind and gives you a sense of accomplishment. I think you have a very happy balance of both ways. Xxx

Love watching you make the rings! It's so interesting to watch the process. I think the Hot Pot will now be part of cooking for you. So many things you can make in it. Are you planning on raising some goats, lamb or chickens at some point later? Their all good proteins and you would have an endless supply of meat without all the negative additives. Hope to see both of you working on your home soon. Peace hope and love

Love the book reading, plan to get it! I get soup bones and cook them enough to cook the marrow ( my shepherd’s get the runs when it’s raw) but not too much cooking to make the bones brittle. Not only redirects the chewing but I’m sure the marrow is good, cleans their teeth and keeps them occupied! Pilot is doing great, she is at the most challenging stage, imho. Love the winter projects!

Deer and goat/mutton are treated similarly in Indian cuisine. I replaced chicken with venison about 10 years ago when I make curry at home. It is so good! I cut mine into bite sized pieces and then saute before starting on the sauce. The only meat I buy anymore is the beef and pork I mix into my sausage, and that is from local farmers to where I grew up.
