Mini Chives Bread, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside

These chives bread are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with many layers.
Ingredients (For making 16 mini bread)
Dough:
150g All purpose flour
60g boiling water
50g cold water
10g duck fat (can be replaced with same amount of lard or vegetable oil)
Flour and fat mixture:
100g all purpose flour
60g duck fat
Chives filling:
20g chives
10g all purpose flour
15g duck fat
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
Topping:
Raw white sesame seeds
Preheat the oven to 220C/430F, bake for 15 minutes

大愚是个全能烘焙家，声音也好听，讚一个。这集是蟹壳黄吧，我觉得包好成圆形状，压压沾水上芝麻，就可烘烤，后面可省略了

谢谢你:) 鸭油烧饼算南京的一个特产，一般是椭圆的，我做好后仔细回忆了一下，葱油馅是在中间的，包完不用再擀折，不过这样做一下层次多。周末愉快！
