I don’t think I’ve ever felt so solid in reverse tabletop before! That transition actually really helped my hand and foot placement! Loved the class! Can’t wait for tomorrow!

How I had missed your flows, Liv! I was out of the mat for some weeks because of a labrar injury, was sure I'd need surgery again, now on the other side, but my doc said it was just an injury and allowed me to start practicing again today. So happy about it! Now I'll finally be able to do that yoga wheel workshop I missed because of this hip issue. So excited! I bought the wheel just for it. I saw it can be a great help for pincha, which is always one of my goals to improve. This 10 minutes challenge is great fun, although 10 min is usually a bit too short for me, so I do 2 or 3 at once and it's awesome. Thanks as always!
