Mini Spools: What are they? Will it work for me?

Looking for a lot of traction on a little budget? A mini spool may be the option for you. When a locker or positraction is more than you're looking to spend on your differential, spools can be a cheaper and easier upgrade, giving 100% traction to your rear end.

Keep in mind, the mini spool its self is very strong, the open carriers you put them in as Tate said, are much weaker... These are a BUDGET traction option

I’m using 4.88 front and rear differential on my 2019 Tacoma trd off-road. My Yukon gears are not unlocking even when I push the lock or unlock button.Hhhhellllpppp

The ring and pinion are not designed to disconnect or unlock at the push of a button, it sounds like you may be having some issues with either a factory e-locker or your transfer case. I would have a qualified drivetrain tech inspect and diagnose the issue.

@@rxmarlo2303 trust me bro if you got the money for it do it an dont look back it not bad until you start playing with it it decent you get less torque unlike the 410s but you get top speed an mpg with 373s
