Okay this, this is what I wanted in Lila's antagonist nature. I HATE Lila with a vengeance (but I love her voice actress, absolutely talented), and I still hate Lila now, but I respect this new version of her. This version of Lila doesn't tell the most idiotic lies that can be debunked in a fifteen second Google search, but is a true manipulator and master in mastermind as it seems that she implants herself in her victim's mind like an intrusive thought or subconscious figment. She relates and sympathizes with her victim like a part of their conscience swaying them to believe that the suggestion of akumatization is their own willful solution to their problem while making no demands or ulterior motives to make them agree. Lila's villain persona certainly shows that she learned from Gabriel's mistakes. Where Gabriel had a face to his villain persona, Lila's villain persona seems to be a phantom of sorts with no specific face nor identity essentially making the new Hawkmoth untraceable. This certainly plays into Lila being a mistress of a thousand faces as she could be anyone at anytime but at the same time be no one thus raising the stakes and stresses the severity of finding this new Hawkmoth that we the viewers no but they don't know. Also, I can see how Lila's strategy can cause a divide among the people on opinion of the heroes and the new Hawkmoth. From the looks of things, Lila's strategy does appear to follow what the Butterfly Miraculous is meant to do which is awaken the best in a person to solve a problem which this is more or less doing but her intentions behind it are not so good. The heroes intervening may come off as the New Hawkmoth actually trying to help the people solve problems in ways the heroes could not, and the heroes seeming to hinder this "help" which will cause conflict in opinions and may or may not shift opinion in Lila's favour a bit. This drama and mystery is what makes me look forward to Season 6.

I saw that post as well. It said that it would air on January 25 on Disney+. It said that it will be a batch of episodes, but it didn't say just how many. Since it's on Disney+, I'd wager that it will probably be in order. I guess we'll have to see. As for the animation, it looks like a mix of the television animation with the film animation. I'm fine with it, honestly. I really liked the look and design of the movie, so this is a good mix, at least I think so. Anyway, I'm excited. Let's hope the hype is well-earned.

I agree I really like what we have seen from lila as a villain so far - unlike Gabe who where just going to make it business like - she manipulates her victims to see her as a helpful figure, which is going to be much more dangerous and unique compared to Gabe. I was afraid it was going to be growing stall and she was going to be just like him, but I was clearly wrong. She's also very clever, you can't tell her gender, age, or even if she's human. Oh and let's hope they finally call out Marinette for her stalking, and that Sublime is going to be a good character.

Let's take bets, what do you think will happen: 1) It will be revealed that Lila/Cerise is Marinette's half-sister (if it worked with Zoe Lee, why not do it again) 2) It will be revealed that Adrien always knew his father was Hawk Moth (maybe by intuition or because Felix told him immediately after the London Special) and he is more disappointed that Ladybug lied to him and hid the truth as if it wasn't so obvious that Grabiel was a psychopath who tried to separate them for months. (The show loves to do retcons and, if that happens, that would save Adrien from being a pushover love interest) 3) Zoe Lee is a sentimonster from the future created by Lila who was sent as a Manchurian Candidate to spy on Marinette. 4) The whole season takes place in another parallel universe, each season has taken place in a similar but different parallel universe. (That would fix the inconsistencies and lore changes in the series) 5) Marinette is akumatized, and Adrien will be responsible for it. 6) Juleka and Rose will finally be a couple. Yeah.

1) Cerise is a preestablished character, Zoe was not. 2) I feel like the every single Miraculous fan asked on an online forum what happened in the episodes Chat Blanc and Ephemeral, someone responded with "Nothing" due to time travel issues and they all collectively decided to skip both. 3) Zoe is the golden child of Astruc, this physically cannot happen because it would recontextualize the scene in Adoration. 4) As inconsistency-fixing as this is, you already know the amount of hate this would get. 5) Possible, but having Marinette be akumatized would have to be a big moment of the show, so if it does happen it won't be during season 6. 6) Disney would have 73 separate aneurysms. Despite being the worst one, 4 is the only one that can realistically happen

It's a japanese superhero comic book and cartoon series by Bukimi Miki Set in a world where each country has its own superhero, the story follows Teru Momijiyama as the Japanese hero Shy as she fights alongside the heroes of Earth to ward off evil and keep world peace, all while learning to control her severe shyness and to deal with the fears and uncertainties that come with being a hero. The main threat is the supervillain group Amarariruku, led by its leader, Stigma. It's basically miraculous but with these key differences: 1. It's for a more mature audience (SHY is rated PG-13 while miraculous is rated G). 2. In SHY, The transformation objects for the heroes in shy are the same object while the villains have a different power system. 3. There is no Adrien in SHY. 4. The villain in SHY has a team and doesn't work alone. 5. There's no bully girl character in SHY. 6. Not much animal motifs in SHY. 7. No miniature gods in SHY. 8. The Marinette of SHY (Teru Momijiyama) is more mentally crippled. 9. There seems to be more of a love story between Teru and Iko Koshikawa (the alya of SHY).

Don't worry about Marinette in this episode whose scenes were being leaked, she actually wants to befriend Sublime and that's why she's trying to know more about the new girl (by spying on her yeah not great but better than if it was out of jealousy 😅), because to Marinette "Adrien's friends are MY future friends !" but she feels like she wouldn't be good enough for a girl with so many talents and qualities like Sublime (something the episode seems to show multiple times), thus making her turn back to her goofy silly mess from the first seasons like she was with Adrien when she wasn't feeling confident to approach him. at some point a misunderstand makes Marinette beleive that Sublime hates her because she sees Marientte's as a rival for Adrien's love thus making Marinette panicking and messing up the situation.

READ AT YOUR OWN WILL alright so those thing sarent the villains power. its lila's basically she can now throw "Antikumas" from the villains talking thingy. which the villain doesnt control but lila does. the antikumas function completely opposite of an akuma. an akuma transforms to give power. while antikumas transform a person to TAKE their power away (its crazy how good shes become and she only had the miraculous for days. and yes antikuma is the official name for these akumas as ladybug calls them antikumas in the scene. + akumas/megakumas have now been re-named (or theyre different) to be Ultrakumas

I think the Anti Akumas temporarily disables miraculous powers. Also I think the Anti Akumas are the result of the Ultrakuma which is a upgraded version of the Megakuma and this Ultrakuma gives Lila aka Chrysalis, a higher chances of akumatization of a targeted person.

Honestly, I had to stop watching this series because it's just too unrealistic at times. I mean, how was Monarch still roaming free without an international arrest warrant even though he’s a goddamn terrorist? You'd think Interpol would at least have him on their radar. The BAU from Criminal Minds would've taken him down in about two weeks or less. Don't even get me started on the whole quantum masking thing... 'the body can lie, but the mind can't. I’ve made a list as to the organizations that should have warrants for monarchs arrest: DGSE, MI5 & 6, CIA, FBI, MSS, Interpol, and Europol... like how many intel agencies need to be after Monarch before he gets caught?!
