Found out later in life that I naturally did this and it freaks people out.... Even people who walked in a room hating me would walk out defending me. I can tell you right now that people do not like that if they know it's insincere... 😅😂

May I please ask what U think of as the mirror effect/ picking up energies from people (intense emotions) that one can fine tune as emotions r energies 2 understanding people? Why mirror? I think the NVC is better. Stating out loud that you have understood the other person's perspective and then state your statement, question, or comment.

To buy time?
@rexjantze2963 ай бұрын
It's a way to own a little control of the conversation and keep them focused and staying in the thread of their own talking points, in which you can detect the nuances if they are making up stories on the fly (to get rid of you or have something to hide by changing the conversation) or have genuinely thought over their problems. It also keeps control of the conversation if you have nothing to say yet, or not sure how to steer the dialogue.

The best way to negotiate is let everyone else realize that thinking you get whatever time you want from God is the reason you are out of patience for yourselves. I know because when people do things I don't like and/or tell me not to mind, they lose that piece of themselves indefinitely. When I decide to forget the world, it no longer exists. Heaven is a place on earth, but never will any of you actually see it.
