ok been doing this workout about once a week for a few months now and it still makes me sweat!! I really feel like I had a good workout with this one. I love it. I use a 5 pound dumbbell with it. I feel more comfortable with the dumbbell than the ball.

this is a really good workout. I can do the whole workout. it is a challenge! you might want to break a few times to get water or catch your breath. but DON'T give up. just keep going and jump right back in. I'm making this workout a part of my weekly regimen.

did this WO 3 years ago and wow! got sick and now back to do it again it is the best one out there! he use to be on tv now here is the only place to find he Is AWESOME!

It will always be hard the first time you try it. Your body hast to adjusts to doing these type of workouts. I remember doing this workout at the age of 22 and now at the age of 28 I was able to get through it, but don't get me wrong some of the exercises were still difficult. To be honest I love doing hardcore workouts to be able to challenge my body and get the results I want! Don't give up when the workouts get tough keep fighting and you will get stronger! :)

Initially I just watched part of the video and thought it was interesting how he incorporated using a regular ball. However, I have just completed the workout and thought I was going to die. Thank you so much for sharing this it is an excellent workout. I've already challenged some of my friends to complete this workout.

Thanks for pointing that out to me. The guy does say at the beginning that she's doing a modification version but I obviously didn't catch him say that first time round. Some of the modifications do look a bit silly though in my opinion.

I literally lasted like 12 minutes.... I am gonna keep trying until I can do the whole 40 minutes though.... I never sweat so much in my life in those 12 minutes... LOL!!! What an incredible workout!

Started this workout to get fitter for netball. I used my own medicine Pass Developer netball and it is a great workiout. Will do again very soon.....great for my coordination, strength, cardio and ball handling skills....

I know how hard it is doing these type of workouts, but trust me the more you do them the stronger you will get and eventually you will look forward to doing the workouts! Getting into working out can be difficult, but just think when its all over with that feeling of accomplishment saying I did it and I got through it! Even if you can't complete the whole workout that's completely fine you progress and get stronger! Now go kick some ass beautiful!! :))

Hey there, have you heard of "MuscLeader" (look on Google)? There you will find a nice free video showing how to build noticeable muscles fast while dropping body fat as well. Ryan and plenty other guys enjoyed good results applying this system. It might help you as well.

On their website you can watch a great free video featuring how to start building noticeable muscle mass very fast while dropping excess fat as well.
