Hi Caroline! I've been doing your calendar workouts since you first started and I absolutely LOVE them. I really don't know how you keep up your energy and spunk...especially all while talking. I enjoy your banter almost as much as I do the workouts. So I have to admit that the voice-over feels very disconnected for me. But I will embrace it because I know you always give us your 110% effort...the LEAST I can do is be supportive! Being a Patreon is so worth what you give us!

Loved this workout. I miss the music a little, but overall thought this was great. (Note: I think you need to review the voiceover at about 18 minutes. Something is wrong with the instruction there. That is for the next exercise).❤

You messed up your audio on the bird dog exercise. You were talking about bird dob when you were doing an exercise on your back. And bird dog wasn't done on the opposite side. But otherwise a good workout.
