Oatmeal - 2.5 cups (250 g).

Ich wohne in Deutschland. Hatte eine Tumor der vom Magen im Darm rein ging und somit den Magen und sehr viel Dünndarm entfernt wurde . Nun vertrage ich nicht mehr Weizenmehl und andere Nahrungsmittel. Backe nur noch mit Haferflocken und andere Zutaten . Mir geht es seitdem viel besser . Danke fürs Rezept und dies wird mein nächstes Brot . ❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹
