I'd just focus on improving yourself and your relationship with your kids. I've had similar experiences and getting physically fit, gym and lots of exercise takes out aggression and helped me to focus and meditate and be more calm and feel really good. You can do it, just believe in yourself. It's a great song, practice it every day and you can't go wrong.

Grew up in the early 90's in Issaquah, Washington. We had a lot of great bands during that time, but to me... AIC was my favorite. I have heard Nutshell a million times and it resonates with me to this day at age 50. You guys absolutely crushed this. Even the dark, cloudy background with the hills and tons of trees were a nice fit to the NW area.
