You can relieve back pain, hip pain, and shoulder pain caused by long hours of sitting.
Follow these stretches during your breaks, such as lunchtime or rest time.
I've also put refreshing music to uplift your mood while doing the stretches.

yes girl!!! thanks for this, are there any back and shoulder stretches we can do to help with reducing the trapezius muscle to have the 90 degree shoulder. pleaseeee. I've been doing shoulder workouts for months and it's almost there but that muscle just doesn't seem to reduce to flat
