I would mostly agree, but I did win a comfortable sweatshirt from one of my call center jobs and wore it to work multiple times, which had the name of the job on the top-left of the sweatshirt. People asked and still ask about it and I let them know I have no love for the company...but that sweatshirt is damn comfortable and keeps me warm in the winter, lol. Especially as I live down south, so half of fall and winter isn't cold enough for a full-blown jacket, and a light sweater of some kind can do the trick.

I've unknowingly tried the Plexus self breast check thing at a Breast Cancer Awareness event and they "demonstrated" it by placing a grain of rice in a kitchen sponge and telling people to "find the "lump" with your hand...you can't can you? Here now try our product. If you're a woman you need this product to keep yourself healthy." My friend and I, being the sassy little craps we were found the grain of rice with our hands immediately then told the rep "We don't need a pink plastic bag filled with water to find a grain of rice in a kitchen sponge because we have functioning nerve endings in our hands." The rep was less than amused.

Right? I had to travel internationally with almost half a gallon of liquid medication recently, and the amount of prep work and documents I put together in advance... We got super lucky that 1. airport security in our country is very well trained, 2. we hit a supervisor right away, and 3. that supervisor was from our area and knew that the doctors letters were from legit practices, and he knew the pharmacy it was dispensed from. He still had to go over all the paperwork with a fine-toothed comb for me to get all seven bottles of liquid meds on the plane, and this is in a country where airport security isn't as aggressive as the TSA. Sorry huns, Kangen Water will not fly LMAO

I can’t with that mom and her missing son. My youngest son ran off when he was a teen and I was SICK until he was found and brought home 18 hours later. I’m just disgusted that these companies and a lot of the top leaders and huns spew such greed and “get rich quick” diatribe that it seeps into vulnerable people, manipulating them and basically brainwashing them to the point they think they *must* put the product and company above all/exploit it. Ugh. That one had me yelling at my phone screen. Just. No, lady. 😢

This is unrelated but I'll toss it in here anyways, if you plan on donating to a breast cancer charity, i might suggest something other than Susan G. Komen. They are way more "for profit" than they make themselves out to be. My ex used to work for them as a statistician. Apparently less than a penny of every donation goes to the actual cause. The rest of the money gets funneled to the top and used in lawsuits against other charities that use trademarks that are too similar sounding to theirs... which is unnecessarily petty imo considering the cause

Around 2013 there was a big blowout concerning the compensation of their CEO at the time. Compared to other charities of the same size that managed the same amount of Wirth, she'd been making almost twice as much as some others. Don't get me wrong- CEO of an extremely large nonprofit is a big job and they do deserve proper compensation. But sorry dear, you're not doing twice the work of other nonprofits of the same size and impact. They made a statement about how she'd passed up a pay raise the past two years (so she would have been mak8ng even more potentially) and they temporarily kind of "fixed" everything to head off anymore bad PR. Fast forward 10 years or so to today, where their current CEO got paid $888,164 + another 27k for "other" according to ProPublica. Funny enough, the next person down on the executive ladder made a full half mil LESS than the CEO. Yeah, don't give your money to the Komen Foundation. Practically none of your money is going to help anyone other than the highest paid executives there. What's extra sh*tty is that they have TONS of volunteers for things like their fundraisers so a lot of work gets done- you know, the actual work they need done to pay themselves- by people who don't get paid at all. And are happy to do it because they think they're mak8ng a difference. Personally, I always recommend local charities if you really want to help- local animal shelters and nonprofits that help the homeless get little to zero funding from the state or city and many run almost fully on donations. I'll hand 10 bucks to an actual homeless person (which we do quite often. My husband decided to save all the $10 bills he gets as change in the car and hands them out) than give a nickel to Komen Foundation's executives.

Fast forward to finding your videos and I started seeing recycled themes and merchandise for different MLMs. Conference theme “GLOW” has been used for at least three “hype parties” for totally different MLMs. I am fairly sure that the MLM’s use the same company to run the conferences and that company re-uses the swag and party supplies.

Someone said monat was great to grow it back and I was so desperate I almost bought it. Luckily the price deterred me, and I'm also huge on researching and reviews. I watched a video recently that said that “hair growth” is a medical claim and therefore has to be FDA approved. So a lot of companies skirt their language that leads consumers to believe it’s hair growth but never actually state it. So she could get in serious trouble for those claims.

It was really nice just to put my water bottle on the scanner and be able to take it through security. I wish we had some thing like that here, but I also understand why not. I almost thought for a second perhaps they were in a different country that allowed water bottles to be taken through.

Clip 6: She claimed that her husband lost his job, child care is expensive and they were fighting about money. But then said her goal was to $150 every month and if she made $500 a month that would be "woah". How does $150 and $500 solve the problems she "claims" to have had. 1 full time income plus $500 does not equal to two full time income. So either the claims are false or she was throwing pennies at the problem.
