kenyan Watching from United Kingdom.Helpful especially by the fact here in the Uk junk is what is available, easily accessible and affordable and the end it culminates into poor eating habits.Well though I'm Kenya im rusty when it comes to Kiswahili. Some information was just passing me by , wish there were subtitles for a few like me who don't 100%understand Tanzanian refined Swahili.

Lifestyle yako ikoje? Kisha jitahidi hiyo funga yako ikaingie ktk Lifestyle yako na siyo funga iende kuharibu Lifestyle yako. Mfano unataka kufunga masaa 16 na kuwa na kipindi chakula masaa 8 kwa Lifestyle yangu mimi mfano kazi, mazoezi n.k najiona kabisa km nitaanza kufunga saa 3 usiku hadi kesho saa 7 mchana na kufungulia saa 7 mchana hadi saa 3 ndio nitaweza basi nitafit ila kuna mwingine let's say ana kazi ngumu anaweza kusema mimi saa 2 asubuhi nakula hadi saa 10 jioni na kuanzia saa 10 jioni nafunga hadi kesho saa 2 asubuhi. Unaweza ukahis kwa nature ya mishe zako uongo huwezi kufunga masaa 16 basi unaweza ukaweka 12 kwa 12 au unahis unaweza kufunga zaid ya 16 unaweza kuweka 18 kwa 6 yaan kifupi ni hiyo fasting isiende kuharibu staili yako ya maisha.
