I'm lucky to know a trainer/PT that is just as good. I use him every time I have a stubborn injury.

The best part of any session I've ever seen is how you manage to address some serious mobility issues without sounding judgemental, or confusing with the technical jargon. Even I feel at ease doing these at home

This is the type of medical treatment we need for us active duty personnel and for our retired and disabled vets that are dealing with with issues from their time in

Phil I wish I was in your area. I'm an older athlete and beat all to hell with injuries but keep grinding. Struggle I am trying to work with now is my big toe on my right foot had to be operated on last year. It can now only bend into about 30 to 35% of flexion. How can I work with that in sprint training and continue to do things like walking lunges?
@PhilDaruStrong
@PhilDaruStrong 2 ай бұрын
I would want to work on increasing that range first before fully sprinting off of it but you can still work on some isomstric holds and active end range lift offs to help improve its range. Look into massage therapy for the bottom of foot and use lacrosse ball to help create less tension. Run but no full on sprinting until 60-70 degree of flexion

@@PhilDaruStrong Thank you Phil. I tried to push it a bit with agility sprints and it ended up hurting my knee. I assume my stride is screwed up. Would you happen to know of any coaches in middle TN who do similar in depth training to you? I need someone who can help evaluate where I am off and help to make the corrections.

Work in some aquatic style training, you can still improve strength flexibility and conditioning under low impact.

I believe they push to heavily on supination and neglect the importance of actual pronation upon propulsion. With that being said I haven’t dived deep enough into to pass extreme judgement
