I'm late to the party. Great video , Love how it covers different aspects of the day and training styles. This is a fine balance of both Muay Thai & resistance training. Exactly what i do today myself . We can always appreciate others doing the same and their versions of it. Looking forward to many more similar videos this year! (Feel free to throw a brief one in regards to caloric intake/meal prep/weight cuts/ hydration via LMNT/ etc 😎👊)

This is one of my faves to watch because at 245 I’m not much of a runner so it’s always impressive to see a nice long distance run. Yo Strong! What is your diet looking like these days? Keep up the solid work and strong foundation. God gives us strength cuz it ain’t easy being strong!

TRT is awesome. Not to take anything away from the effort and quality of exercises or video overall. Same thing with Nick Bare. If your business is your body then you're running some kind of enhancement to speed up recovery more than just dieting sleep and programming although homie is really on point. Perhaps he is an outlier but there is a reason Muay Thai fighters are all lean af. The conditioning is insane. He does seem to take proper recovery from the long cardio seriously too so idk. Maybe hes just a beast. Props either way for Daru!

@@Bootman899 true while at the same time this cat is talking about 5 miles like it was a walk on the park. If he wants to race Usain Bolt then sure those 5 miles are good but if u want athleticism why? Unnecessary af when you want to keep your power and strength as well as muscle. You can still be relatively fast, explosive. 5 miles for what? Bro thinks he’s gonna fight David goggins lmao. You’re better doing a weighted walk at a pace with a vest than that bullshit.

Both are beneficial, as Muay Thai is both aerobic & anaerobic in nature. Long-term, your programming should incorporate both at some point or another.

Like the yoga classes that more then likely you might be the only dude but they are great classes period for injury prevention. Us guys just sleep on it for no reason.
