A bodyweight workout to kick off 2021 - no equipment necessary. This one starts with a mobility warm up. Then we go through a circuit of 4 movements (3 rounds). Finish with cool down & stretching.
This is an intermediate level class. A mix of light mobility work and some flow movements. Challenging, but not a killer. Modify the movements as needed and keep it focused on quality.

Great job. Wish I'd found and stayed with a land -based routine. When the swimming pools closed during the pandemic, I "drowned." Now, it's damage control for the heavy toll that falling into a 3 year sedentary phase during Covid took on my health, fitness and mental state.

Gotta say, I unconditionally loved this routine - I started with a neck crick from sleeping funny and it was gone by the end of the warmup (which is really about half the routine) so thanks for that! It's all dynamic stretches so your body in motion the whole and the middle section is 60:60 x4 strength and I was sweating by the end of it! He talks at the end about how, since your body is use it or lose it, this is a moderate workout to keep everything going between your other routines and I'd say it's exactly that. Really enjoyed it!

You might try some of the videos in the MOVEMENT FOUNDATIONS playlist to help you get acclimated. Also, treat this is a practice - take it at your own pace and stay focused on what feels good for your body. Mindful practice leads to progress ✨ Keep it up!

I will be trying the Movement Foundations. It seems like this is something that I can do everyday but I try to listen to my body, or should I say how it feels.

great! very creative & smart mover. by the way.. you can filter any background noise (like breathing and swallowing) by sound plugins like "gate" of sorts.
