Oh boy, I had so much fun doing this with you, Kellen. I was literally laughing and whinning and saying this is so hard, I don't want to paly anymore, are we done yet? class over yet? But before I knew, I roller over on my showder!! It was such a fun and free session. Thank you so much.

I'm always so pleasantly surprised about how challenging these flows can be. A big part of the challenge is getting out my head and literally just flowing! Thanks!

The first time I watched this vid I didin't make it halfway through. I was impatient and thought "I already know all these moves!" But the second time through, I realize that this video is amazing and it's more about learning the mechanics of flow to put these moves together! Today I felt like a movement artist for the first time! big thank you Kellen

Another fine job. I have been working on your movement videos at least three times a week. Still trying to get my combo home office/home gym situation figured out. Good thing I don't need a lot of room. Thanks for sharing these.

my power went out at around 27 mins (pakistan things....), just before getting into the flow which is what i was looking forward to, but i learned so much about making more seamless transitions! thank you and hope you're well!

🙏 👍. Love these movement workouts. Thanks. Do you think they can completely replace other exercise like traditional weight training, jogging, bodyweight training reps for the goal of general well-being and conditioning? Do you supplement with other forms of exercise?

And do you know where we can find a circle mat like you have in France or on internet? Because, after a few minutes of practice, I always throw my classic mat away ^^
