Modifying my Datsun 280z in 10 Minutes

At 24, I bought a brand new 1976 Datsun 280Z and owned it for 4 or 5 years. Even if I drive a Porsche now, to this day, the Z is has been the car I enjoyed the most. Thank you for your amazing video. You bring back wonderful memories to me. You made my day, my week !

nice no boring watanabe wheels, them wheels look nice a fit the style, what parking brake cables did you use, iam modivating my self to install the parking shoe set up

I ended up using factory Nissan 300zx parking brake cables and made a bracket that bolted onto the factory 280z e-brake mount. I go through the setup in episode 6 of the Datsun 280z build 2.0.

I got the suspension and brakes from Techno Toy Tuning. The car is lowered compared to stock!

i think you may have bought the wrong fujitsubo exhaust, that is the old style that hangs low. should have bought the version 2.

Hmm I didn't know there was a version 2. I got the exhaust from company that I thought got the exhaust straight from the manufacturer but I needed to modify the exhaust anyway so its tucked in nicely!
