3 cups sugar
8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup cocoa powder
red gel paste
glaze:
cream cheese
powdered sugar
milk
vanilla extract
