Maneesha Jayamanna I personally don’t use a moisturizer when I go out ( I live in Western province) because our skin is naturally oily and as we applied a moisturizer, your skin gets more oily when sweating and absorb dirts easily. So I use a moisturizer at night to hydrate during sleep. But if you live in up country where the climate is windy and cold, it’s ok to apply a moisturizer during day time, since up country has less pollution
